Recently, I purchased both the Fitbit One and the Fitbit Aria, which appears to have sparked some interest amongst some of my social media channels – therefore, I thought it easiest to do a video post to explain what they are, and to illustrate how they work.
It’s well worth me mentioning that this isn’t some crazy diet scheme, which I abhor, but simply an education in the balance of exercise vs calories. You don’t have to change your diet at all if you can put in the exercise to sustain/offset what you’re putting in – though for me it was a massive education in the quality of foods, and I have voluntarily changed my eating habits on the basis of the nutritional content, rather than to specifically lose weight.
